"Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Justice: A Comparative Law Casebook" è il rapporto della International Commision of Jurists, contenente una raccolta di giurisprudenza di vari paesi su tematiche inerenti l'orientamento sessuale e l'identità di genere.
